Finished Salomon 5 Peaks BC Series Enduro 15k at Buntzen Lake Sept. 24th in 1:16 good enough for 1st in age and 17th O/A. Also finished 1st in age in the series with maximum 60 points.

The 2011 Kelowna Civic Awards were fabulous. Such inspiring people nominated in many categories. I felt like I did not deserve to be there among such talented and inspiring people. After watching the video presentations of my fellow nominees I was sure I would not win. What a surprise when I was announced the winner of Male Athlete of the Year.

Very excited about being chosen as a member of the 2011 Salomon Flight Crew Racing Team. I will be racing the Salomon 5 Peaks Trail Series this year as well as selected races across Canada.
